The Vancouver Art Gallery is launching a new outdoor exhibition space. Located at the base of the new Shangri-La Hotel, “Offsite” will showcase new projects every six months. First up? A photography exhibit by Chinese artist O Zhang from July 20-November 29.—Alexandra Breen
